Ann Elizabeth Haney
Instructor
Ann Elizabeth received her yoga teacher training from the Yandara Yoga Institute in 2004. There she studied Iyengar and Vinyasa styles of yoga. She also holds additional certifications in pre-natal yoga and Yoga –Ed, which brings yoga into the elementary classrooms.
In the summer of 2004, Ann Elizabeth started her pilates training with Vitality Studio. She has been very fortunate in continuing her education and teaching at Vitality for the past five years.
Her style of teaching not only focuses on the breath and proper alignment; but also focuses on the students own energy. She feels that classes should be fun and challenging, encouraging her students to find a sense of balance and awareness within themselves.
Ann Elizabeth resides in Glenside with her husband Tim and their two children, Quinton and Ruby.

Kiki Judd
Instructor
Kiki has been a student of Yoga since 1998, and received her Hatha Yoga teacher certification in May 2002. Yoga has brought a sense of calmness and inner peace to her life, which she expresses in her teaching. Kiki's classes are centered around the joy of physical movement, feeling of "aliveness," invigoration and inner inspiration that Yoga offers. In addition to teaching Yoga, Kiki is an active artist and shows her paintings locally and nationally. She lives in Germantown with her husband Tom and young daughter Astrid.

Jessica Meeker
Owner/Instructor
Jessica has been teaching Pilates in Philadelphia since 2004. Along with her Pilates certification, she has a wide range of movement experience. She holds a BFA in Dance from The Juilliard School in NYC and was a member of the Stephen Petronio Company in NYC for many years. Most recently she has had the pleasure of performing with Michelle Ellsworth and Erika Randall in Ellsworth's The Objectification of Things. Jessica lives with her husband and their two boys in Mt. Airy, and is very grateful to be a part of such a wonderful community.

Phylinda Reynolds
Instructor
Phylinda has enjoyed teaching Pilates for ten years. Initially certified through The PhysicalMind Institute, Phylinda audited two additional Pilates certification programs and completed further training in yoga and bodywork before founding Vitality Studio in 2002. Phylinda works with all levels from those with specific conditions to acrobats. She has taught in Oklahoma, Washington DC, Pennsylvania, and Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. In the spring of 2009, Phylinda will complete her MFA at Rosemont College. Phylinda’s poetry and creative nonfiction has been published in a variety of journals.

Patty Segal
Instructor
Patty is a certified Pilates instructor who has also been a student of Pilates for more than five years. Her certification training was completed at Vitality Studio in Philadelphia and was based on the teachings of The Physical Mind Institute, the first main body that represented Pilates teaching in the states. Within the past year, Patty has begun additional training in gyrokinesis. Patty focuses her teaching on the gentle and subtle movements that encourage core strength, improve posture and physical endurance.
For 30 years, Patty has been an active dancer and competitive tennis player.
Patty also has her doctorate in Educational Psychology and currently teaches psychology courses at Philadelphia University.
