Vinyasa (Flow)
Yoga flows are invigorating. Postures are linked in a flow and provide aerobic components while also improving strength and coordination. Taught by Lana Jaclyn, Saturday’s at 12pm. Drop in $14 / 10-pack $110.

Experience a variety of yoga traditions each week, in a supportive and caring environment. Sunday’s at 10am. Drop in $7.
Reformer Class
Small group class (4 people max) on the reformer. Improve your strength, flexibility, and coordination. Single $30/ 10-pack $250

Chair Class
Small group class (3 people max) on the chair. Increase your core strength and stability on one of Pilates most challenging pieces of equipment. Single $30/ 10-pack $250.

Mixed Level Mat
Appropriate for beginner to advanced levels. Focusing on the precision and flow of the mat exercises. Monday’s at 7pm. Single $15/ 10-pack $120
